The InterTech Group
The concept of tikkun olam (the Hebrew term for “repairing the world”) is the force behind the widespread philanthropy and community service efforts that have become ingrained in the foundation of The InterTech Group.

Upon the legacy of Mr. Zucker, The InterTech Group considers each employee to be part of a large family and encourages their personal growth in the workplace and beyond. It is this fundamental principle that supplies the momentum as our corporate family steps into the community, driven to make a difference.

In an effort to help support local organizations and to share the rewards of giving, The InterTech Group Foundation was created. All staff members are asked to play an integral role in the grant evaluation process throughout the year. This employee-managed foundation is dedicated to promoting family values across generations and takes great pride in its ability to make meaningful contributions to many diverse groups. The InterTech Group Foundation concentrates on giving back in areas that can enhance the human experience including education, health and human needs, the environment and the arts.

Through the years, the Zucker Family has shared their rich history of success, experience and passion for tikkun olam with others in an effort to inspire both current and future generations. It is this inspiration that drives The InterTech Group staff to embrace tikkun olam.
